Koda loves his little kiddopatomus!! It's his blanket that we use to swaddle him. We actually call it the snuggy. Which is funny because it's not the snuggy you might be thinking of on the infomercials. It swaddles around him and then velcros.
Koda has to have his snuggy to sleep. Without it he is way to active and can't stop moving. As soon as you swaddle him he calms right down and goes to sleep.
His snuggy's were given to him by the Brady's and my friend Catherine. But they are both small now and Koda has been busting out of them all the time. It's actually quite funny...in the morning we don't necessarily hear him making sounds, but we hear the velcro open.
So, we found a larger size online for him. None of the stores seemed to carry the larger size. Probably because by now we shouldn't be swaddling him.
Oh...no...now we are going to have to swaddle him until he's 2. Just kidding, but we have definitely gotten him addicted. :)

Crystal, I haven't checked your blog in way too long. Congratulations! Koda is an adorable baby. Now that we both live in Utah again, we will need to get together sometime soon!
steele always loved his snuggy too. that's why i got it for you:) but it really is addicting. funny how the little guys get stuck on certain things and just can't give them up. ha ha.
My grandson, Jack, was a swaddler till he grew out of the LG size! His daddy had to swaddle him b/c he was so strong...we had an ongoing joke about having to make swaddlers for his mission. They work so well, when do you dare stop?? Well, he's 2 now and doesn't swaddle anymore:(

Ok, seeing this really late, but Reagan uses the swaddler too and has started busting out of it! Babies R' Us carries the larger size, but when you pull it out it really doesn't look like it's made for a 2 year old... where's the middle size?! Either way, we live for those things too! Reagan just moves too much in her sleep and ends up smacking herself in the face resulting in a rude awakening.
